The Custom Unit 101 program runs for four weeks and consists of 24 hours of training. During the course, students will learn wig-making basics using hand and machine techniques. They will also learn to operate a sewing machine and create unique custom wigs. The training covers everything from materials selection to constructing the wig cap and attaching the hair. At the end of the course, students will have the skills required to make beautiful wigs tailored to their client's needs. These skills will serve as a foundation for starting a custom wig business. The course includes lunch and a break, and a complete wig kit with a sewing machine is provided. All materials necessary to create a unit are included in the kit. At the end of the training, the student will have a complete unit to sell and know how to sell and price custom units correctly.
